We are Wiggly T, a small, compassionate non-profit organisation based in Stroud, UK.
Our mission is born from a deeply personal experience and a commitment to helping families navigating the challenges of childhood cancer. We specialise in creating and gifting specially designed T shirts and vests for children undergoing cancer treatment.
Our Story
Our journey began with our daughter, Indi, diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) at two years old. Her treatment necessitated the implantation of a Portacath, a medical device implanted under the skin for administering chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and IV antibiotics. The process of accessing Indi’s port became a distressing experience, marked by trauma and anxiety for both Indi and us as parents.
This challenge inspired the creation of the Wiggly T. These T shirts, designed to remain on during medical procedures, provided Indi with a sense of protection and comfort, reducing the trauma associated with treatment. The design allowed for easy access to the port without fully removing the top, offering practicality and comfort during these critical moments.
Our Misson
Having experienced first-hand the challenges of childhood cancer treatment, our mission at Wiggly T is to offer control, comfort and support to other families.
We aim to provide these specially designed T shirts and vests to children undergoing cancer treatment across the UK.
Our goal is to alleviate some of the stress and discomfort associated with treatment, making the journey a little easier for both the children and their families.
Our Community
At Wiggly T, we believe in the power of community. We collaborate with healthcare play specialists, charity partners, volunteers and families to create a network of support.
Through our fundraising efforts and community engagements, we strive to raise awareness about childhood cancer and foster a supportive environment for those affected.

If you would like to help us in our mission to keep Wiggly T shirts FREE to families with a seriously ill child, there a so many ways that you can get involved.
Don’t get me wrong, we love donations! No matter how big or how small they all help us continue to do what we do. If, however you want to get involved in another way you can do more that fund a T shirt, you could host an event, take on a challenge and fundraise, join us at one of our events this year, join our sewing army of volunteers or help us cut fabric kits for sewists too.
